Pricing
All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST.
Delivery
Items purchased can be collected from our premises; 3/27 Brickwood Street, Brighton, VIC, 3186 OR will be dispatched via Australia Post within two working days if in stock. If the product you want isn't in stock, you'll be notified by email, giving you an expected shipping date.
Postage
Due to the unique nature of every item available via this Ancient Australian Redgum web site, the postage charged to the purchaser will vary on a case by case basis. Therefore we have included the cost of packaging and postage (to destinations in Australia) within the purchase price. If the item needs to be delivered to a location outside of Australia and additional cost will be added to the purchase price, therefore we request that you contact us by clicking here, and tell us the items you wish to buy and where you would like you delivered and we will supply a full quote. We guarantee to keep the costs to an absolute minimum whilst using the secure packaging necessary, plus a small handling charge.
Please note that international and national postage costs are based on a combination of the following:
. Weight and dimensions of package
. Method of transport such as Economy Air, Sea Mail, etc
. The location it is posted from (city, state, country)
. The location it is posted to (also called the destination country)

Cancellations, refunds & returns
For products sold through our online shop you may return any damaged product within 30 days for a refund of its purchase price. Shipping costs will be refunded if the problem is a result of our error. Please make sure that you include all the original packaging with the product and that it is securely wrapped.
